Request a Conveyor Quote

Every Remcon conveyor is built to order and quoted individually. Tell us the material, the load, and the layout — we'll come back with questions, options, and honest advice.

To request a conveyor quote, tell us what you're moving and what the system needs to survive. Remcon is a custom conveyor manufacturer — we have built recycling equipment since 1977, and every conveyor is designed to the site rather than pulled from a catalog page, so every job is quoted individually.

What to Have Ready for a Conveyor Quote

You don't need a finished spec — it's our job to know what questions to ask. But the more of the following you can share, the faster your custom conveyor quote comes back:

  • Material type and stream — what the conveyor will carry: single commodity, commingled recyclables, solid waste, wood, scrap metal, or something else.
  • Desired throughput — how much material needs to move, and how fast, even as a rough figure.
  • Conveyor length and width, or a layout sketch — approximate dimensions, infeed and discharge heights, or a simple drawing of the space. Hand sketches are fine.
  • Photos of the space or existing equipment — we typically ask customers to send photographs of any relevant information so we can see the situation for ourselves and start discussing options right away. Photos also show the condition of existing equipment and whether it can be reused.
  • In-ground or above ground — whether the conveyor loads from a pit or sits above the floor changes the design of the loading section.

If necessary, we can arrange a site visit to inspect the space, take accurate measurements, and help diagnose any problems with existing equipment — see our services for how we work.

What Drives Conveyor Cost

There is no price list, because no two builds are the same — each conveyor is sized to the application and quoted per job. The main cost drivers are belt width, overall length, orientation (horizontal, incline, or elbow-up), infeed hoppers and discharge hoods, drive options, and controls such as a VFD. Knowing these up front is what lets us quote quickly and accurately.

And if a simpler, less expensive conveyor can do the job — a slider bed standing in for a more complicated design, for example — we will tell you that too, and quote it.
